Rolls Royce install job

Recently the install team travelled up north to Derby to complete two installations of double leaf height barriers for Rolls Royce. The double leaf height barrier was installed at a height of 2.3m with gates which can be used to completely block all vehicles from entering the car park through the road. This install took two days to complete so our install team stayed in a near by hotel so that they could be at the site early the next morning to carry on the install. 

 For this install we had to dig eight holes into the ground and then lift each part of the height barriers into the correct hole. Once all the pieces were in the correct position we made sure that they were level and poured concrete into the holes in order to make sure that the height barriers would be secure and would not get ripped out of the ground from the weight that they carry. Then we put the gates and the swinging arm of the height barriers on and make the small adjustments needed to their location on the hinges so that the arms line up perfectly.

Rolls Royce were pleased with the work which we had completed and the customer thanked us for our install at the end. We have recorded a video of our install which can be seen below.
