Height Restriction Barrier is an effective method of preventing unauthorised access to any high sided vehicles such as truck and caravans. Manufactured from galvanised steel or painted finish to provide a durable and effective product. Optional extras available such as knocking bars, root fixed or surface fixed options.

Root Fixed: 600 mm dig in post with spigots for concreting into ground

HEAVY DUTY

Materials: 100 x 100 x 5mm Steel Box Section
Finish: Hot Dip Galvanised BS EN ISO 9001:2015, or Zinc treated and Powdercoated in a range of colours
Surface Mounted Base Plate: 500 x 500 x 10mm with Gusset steel construction
Root Fixed: 600 mm dig in post with spigots for concreting into ground

Installation:

Root Fixed - Recommended size for the concrete foundation is 700x700x700mm deep as a minimum for main posts.

Surface Fixed - Main post requires 4 no 16mm bolts for the two upright posts (fixings not supplied).The base size is 400x400x10mm

• This product is supplied as Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 or zinc treated and Powdercoated. If both Powdercoated and Galvanised option is required, this will have an additional cost and will extend the lead time. Please contact a member of the sales team if both options are required, as this will be quoted separately.
• Please note that this product is not suitable for marine environments unless Galvanised and Powercoated option is selected.
• Bespoke sizes are available and will be made to order.  Please contact us for a quote for any bespoke size. We can manufacture extra tall height restriction barriers suitable for construction sites and quarries etc.
• Please note that if no bespoke size is selected, the height barrier will be made to the standard size selected.
